The review is for the cooking course the restaurant offers. I was coming in with very high expectations, and was unfortunately very disappointed. First of all, the communication and everything before the course was in English, while on the actual day, the expectation is that...everything is in (Swiss) German the owner was nice enough to at least speak High German and/or a little bit of English, but I would definitely like to be warned about this beforehand. Then, you personally do basically none of the cooking as the attendee some of the folks were able to mix, but all chopping, measuring, ... was done by the owner, hence basically no hands on experience. Swiss 2.0 Best Indian restaurant in Zurich, it wins hands down. The Malabar fish is so well done. Both veg and non-veg biriyani are good to taste. Loved the prawn curry. All the food tastes fresh. The staff is extremely sweet, always so considerate towards our toddler which makes it a super child friendly place. Decor is simple yet nice. I have gone to this place so many times and will go back again n again. Shout out for the Team

Malabar is a great Indian restaurant. it is consistently winning awards for good reason. the food is very tasty with a good ambiance, especially the 4 tables at the entry of the restaurant are very cosy. we shared some starters and main dishes, all fresh all equally tasty and accompanied it with a nice Gewurtztraminer! all for a very reasonable Price. Highly recommended

friendly restaurant compared to other.we ate porotta and chicken nilgiri which was extremely good.they provides a lot of variety of food, especially we get a lot of malabar flavored food from here.an i like the style of serving the most spacious and beautiful ambiance, everything was nice and i had a nice experience Reserva una mesa ahora

Tasty southern Indian food enjoyed with the kids and family friendly service cozy decor. Very tasty paratha and naan. Highly recommend .
