I would love to give Malanda Cafe 5 stars but unfortunately it's not possible. The food that they have is excellent, especially the chips. I can honestly say that having lived in 4 countries in the past 30 years, no one comes close to beating their chips. However, some really needs to be spent on the decor. It is shabby, tired and very unappealing. A little bit of effort could turn this into the best cafe on the Tablelands. Take the challenge, guys. Experience at the restaurant was very positive. The breakfast menu had a wide variety of options to choose from. The food was delicious and served hot. The staff was friendly and attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.
I recently tried the takeout dinner at this restaurant and was impressed with the food and service. I would give the food a rating of 5 and the service a 5 as well. However, the atmosphere was lacking with a rating of 2. I highly recommend trying the cheeseburger, it was delicious!

Generous serves of cakes pies for AVG of $5 each..For under $11 I had a big tomatoe/ mince/ potatoe PIE lge beesting CAKE..Both filling delicious..BAKERY is just 10 MTRS off hwy on left worth the stop.Very Popular-!!
