Truly one of the best places to eat in Newort! Warm and homey, yet upscale feel, the bar is a great place to hang out and have a snack made with love from their tapas menu! And it's the perfect place for meeting up with family or friends for some great drinks and delicious food or even to just go out with that special someone! The food is to die for; creative yet still feels like something from home! Whenever friends or family come to visit I ALWAYS take them to Malt!!!

Soooo delicious! Service was quick and so was seating. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful! The cod in the risotto was a bit too salty but other than that, I have no complaints. The Thai Shrimp Nachos were a creative twist on just having plain curry with rice. Even the drinks were as good as the food. I highly recommend!

that is how a gastro irish pub should be! intimate and cozy, excellent eating and always friendly service. this quickly became one of our favorite places on upper broadway. the owner is Irish and as beautiful as they come. he has been in business for over decades and it really shows. highly recommended!

the best place we tried in newport. great cocktails, fish chips and a fantastic beet salad with fresh grilled tuna. perfect!
