Mama Mia - Reserva de mesa

We order very regularly from Mama Mia. Today, we came across a new person to whom we explained the unwanted ingredients, and who replied “I will do as I wish, ma’am!” Do we have the right to be allergic to cream and cheese and ask not to have them on our pizza? The usual person who answers is so nice, looking forward to his return! Also at 6:10 p.m., there is already no more tiramisu. So I canceled my order! After dozens and dozens of orders despite the price increases that we accepted, we are shocked by the response of this new person who does not seem made for business! We bought elsewhere! A customer is never acquired and it is not with such a response that you will retain your customers!

I'm very tired today ... pizzas are no longer like before desserts, let's not talk about it so much if it's to leave the cakes of speculoos complete and a few drops of mascarpone... pizzas the super fine pasta and we see the crisis on foods at the price of pizza and not seasoning yet I've known this pizzeria of smells its beginnings and never been disappointed.

It's been over three years since we've been ordering regularly. It’s good, it’s fast in delivery and everyone is super nice. Small improvement to advise you if you allow me: put the pasta in the oven in an alu packaging rather than in the microwave. This has been several times since the bacon are not cooked. Thank you!
