Mamaroneck Diner Pizza

This review is an old post).The service here is absolutely terrible. We said we were a table of 4, and they set us up for 3. The waiter brought us bread that was very dry and stale. I might add that the waiter told us they didn't have enough plates to eat the bread on. I asked for a med rare burger, and it was well done. My friend wanted waffle fries and was given regular fires. Also, his side of chili was given to him in a taco bowl that was soggy.. I asked for hot sauce, which the waiter never brought, and 20 minutes into the meal, he came and asked what it was I asked for because he couldn't remember. I can understand if it was busy, but it wasn't. We have been coming here for many years and never had any issues with food or service. So it's hard to tell if it's new management or the waiter was having a bad night. I will not becoming back to this place.

The front desk lady is the worse costumer service and her attitude is rude , they never take my order right, I call back and she left in in hold forever.

Great local diner! Love the breakfast! It is definitely pricey but worth it.

Got the 5 greens salad and shrimp scampi. Delicious and fast service!
