Mama's Pizza In Arl

I have been eating at this restaurant for decades. Unfortunately last night I happened to bite into a screw and possibly broke my tooth. I took the uneaten pizza back and Mark the manger issued a refund. As I was leaving he approached my vehicle and stated he should not have issued a refund as we had eaten most of the pizza the screw was found in. I'm sorry the screw happened to be in the last piece of pizza on my plate. Very disappointed in the customer service. I'm very grateful that I got the screw and not my 4 year old niece that could have swallowed it.

I was craving for a pizza and ordered one from this place. A small regular crust with Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken, jalapeños, peppers, cherry tomatoes and extra cheese. The pizza was delivered cold. So, the experience of savoring it was not as expected. However, the pizza with those toppings was so good, got a spice touch with the jalapeños, the taste which we rarely find. If at all the pizza was served hot, I bet this will be one of the best pizzas in the town. Gonna try it at store some day. Overall, their pizzas worth it.

OMG, the pizza was piping hot and fresh. Great service and friendly staff. It was on my way home. So, after work I went there and dined in. And the crust was perfect.

Pretty disappointed.. not the best of their locations. Mansfield and TCU are considerably better. Staff was indifferent, 2 pizzas out for Saturday buffet lunch.
