On the recommendation of a good friend, the four of us went there for dinner on a Friday evening. The restaurant has a very homely atmosphere and we immediately felt at home. The order was taken very quickly and we got our drinks quickly. For starters, our friends had Calmaris rings and Nüssli salad. We tried the Calmaris and although my girlfriend and I are not usually Calmaris lovers, we both had to admit that the Calmaris were phenomenally good. By chance we had lunch at the trattoria again. Had 3 menus to choose from. But ordered a small mixed salad and a pizza. It went quickly, hardly any waiting time. Pizza was okay and had plenty of toppings. There was enough, but it didn't exactly blow my socks off (a matter of taste). My favorite pizzeria (wood-fired oven) is still Fontana Goldach!
