I never write reviews of this nature, but this was easily the worst dining experience I’ve had. I have never experienced the kind of service I was given last night at any decent establishment. The “manager” and his team of hostesses are untrained in basic hospitality principles, especially when it comes to service, care, and overall guest satisfaction. They were unaccommodating, rude, and practically yelling at our party of 4 at the bar upstairs. I specifically requested a table upstairs to accommodate a party of 4 for a birthday. This is something I noted on Resy when I made the reservation a week in advance. We were told there wasn’t availability and we would have to wait 20 mins for a tab...
Mamo offers an exquisite Italian dining experience in the heart of Soho. The ambiance is chic and elegant, with dimmed lights and stylish decor. The menu features classic Italian dishes with a modern twist, prepared with high-quality ingredients. From the octopus carpaccio to the truffle risotto, every dish is presented beautifully and bursting with flavors. The attentive and knowledgeable staff adds to the overall dining experience. Although the prices are higher, the quality of food and service justifies it. Overall, Mamo is an outstanding restaurant, perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner. Don't miss their creme brulee desert. Highly recommended spot!
Came here on a whim and will be back intentionally. Love the vibe here, the food was so so delicious (truffle lover friendly environment! but what really made this gem shine was the staff. The hostess was super polite and communicative with us as we waited just a few minutes for our table. The servers were so attentive, and professional AND my entire party left obsessed with Gigi he took care of us from start to finish, kept the vibes lively and genuinely made our night unforgettable by treating us like friends rather than patrons.THANK YOU GUYS!
The food was really good! If you like chocolate and ice cream, I recommend ?My Son?s Sundae? for dessert. We shared the NY strip steak with sautéed potatoes because it was a lot of food for one person. I had the dolce vita cocktail, which was wonderful, and my boyfriend had white wine from Bordeaux. The service was 10 out of 10. The hostess and waiters were very polite and attentive. We enjoyed our dinner at Mamo and will be back again.

This place is overhyped for sure. Atmosphere was nice, romantic, quiet, small, quaint. Perfect for a date night if you’re looking for a place. Service was perfect. GG was great, attentive and made suggestions and recommendations. Food was good. Wasn’t what everyone has hyped it to be. I believe there other high end Italian restaurants that live up to the hype.
Excellente! The food was absolutely fantastic.The fish was to die for and the truffle pasta. I have attached photos of the food we had. It was pricey but I will definitely pay that price for that taste. I rarely get impressed with food (I like eating out ever since I was a kid); but you should definitely try this restaurant if you’re in Soho
I brought a client there for a business dinner meeting and the food was great, loved the ambience and excellent service, don’t forget to try the dessert “My son’s Sundae” ?
