Starting with the customer service: while I believe the staff is trying their best, I found them to be somewhat impolite and less than accommodating. I was dining with a friend, and when I asked for an extra box to share our food, it felt like they really didn’t want to assist us. When my food arrived, the quality of the chicken was quite poor. I was frustrated to find that there were only two pieces of chicken in what was supposed to be a double portion. After trying one piece, I was actually relieved that I hadn’t ordered more. I don’t want to express hatred or disrespect towards anyone, but my experience was genuinely disappointing.
