This is a lovely restaurant around the mar menor. It is your average beach restaurant for lunch, it serves sandwiches fired food and your assortment of salads. However at night, it is amazing, the view is amazing you can see all the lights twinkling around the bay, it is perfect for children, you can let them roam the beach and the play park and swings on it unsupervised, as the sea is not that deep there. The food is also a massive improvement on the lunch service, the pasta dishes are lovely and the meat and fish dishes are also very good. Manga Surf is a great beach cafe/restaurant situated on the Mar Menor at Poligono Negro. It is family run serves good, reasonably priced food and has one of the best locations being right on the beach. Family friendly and service with a smile, they speak both Spanish and English. You can also hire sunbeds, windsurfers, kayaks at the same location and there are toilet facilities available. Open 7 days a week til late. The seafood is fresh and very tasty as well as the burgers and sandwiches. There is something for everyone here. I love the location and come here every time I am in La Manga! Definitely worth a visit!
Habiendo adquirido recientemente una villa en la zona, nuestros mejores amigos, quienes son residentes establecidos en Murcia, nos llevaron a este encantador chiringuito en la playa. Disfrutamos de un delicioso almuerzo, luego los chicos pudieron relajarse a la sombra con bebidas frías mientras las chicas se dirigieron a las tumbonas junto al agua. Recomiendo especialmente la fritura de pescado, excelente relación calidad-precio por €16 para 2, y no pudimos resistir agregar una porción de papas fritas. El personal muy amable y eficiente, y por supuesto unas vistas maravillosas de la apacible y cálida Mar Menor.
Es un sitio muy recomendable para ver la puesta de sol y tomarte una buena caña bien fresca. Nos gustó tanto que aprovechamos para luego cenar y la atención del personal la verdad que inmejorable. Muy buena música. Muy buena comida y se nota que es todo fresco. La verdad que muy recomendable. El rincón más bonito en el Mar Menor de La Manga. Volveremos!

We went here for a drink after surfing. We left after the owner was very rude to us. He told us he doesnt like windsurfers and kite surfers because they dont have any money to spend (he runs a windsurf school)

Stopped for coffee here, the coffee was great and the service was quick, really nice location. We did not do any surfing though.
Fantastic food experience in January. I can recommend the sea bass Bilbao style and the Iberico secreto. Highly recommended.
