only the place where we were disappointed in our 5 day trip to paris was that very unwilling. we were very tired at the end of the day of seeing, we ended up at this place, since almost all restaurants were packed, but. that was empty, with not one table occupied. we asked for a table for 3, as we, my son of 12 years travel with us. they refused to answer in English or one of our questions. my sohn wanted to eat pizza, so we asked them if they had pizza, they looked very insulted and refused to offer us even the menu. they showed us on pizza cesar near their hotel. then we asked them to book a table for us so that we can return in 30 minutes. the dame was terrible rude, asked the others not...

Just around the corner from the mass of restaurants in Rue de Buci and Rue de Seine is a gem of a find if you like genuine French fare . The menu changes according to what is available as fresh produce, menu is limited, but...we have never suffered from lack of choice . Alan Du Tournier is he owner, Mangetout is listed in the Michelin Good Food Guide, prices are surprisingly low for the quality , essentially French inspired tapas . Highly recommended, our favourite to visit each time we come to Paris.

this place felt related to the unenchanted welcome to the shameful miserable dessert. that was good at our meal that we had a glass or two of a very good wee. Otherwise, all foods were mediocre that we quoted from a...good sounding menu on michelin website, but little similarity in reality. very cold weings of thin slices of fennel etc., net of dry cut chicken breast with a few rubbed haricot verts, none of the advertised desserts available.

we were three times in this restaurant in the last few years and had always eaten properly here. although we had to book from season, beginning December, and the place was full. as an appetizer we had light cream suppe and omelettes and hare terrine. to follow, hake and a cassoulet. not complaining about the good.
