I'm giving 4 stars for service, food, decor and value, 3 for the bathroom. Men's room needs some attention. We had a party of 8, some family from out of state who were dying for real pizza. In North Carolina pizza is cooked on a conveyor belt (blech! .? The special, 2 meals for $24.95 was a great value. 2 chicken parmesan, 1 chicken franchise, 1 eggplant parmesan. Came with choice of soup or salad and dessert. Everyone loved their dinners. One person didn't want pasta so the owner substituted broccoli sauteed with garlic. Said it was amazing. The pizza was good, but I had a negative experience with a rude cashier who made me feel like I was constantly bothering her just because I wasn’t familiar with the menu. It was really uncomfortable when I had to make jokes just to ease the tension. It seems like there are some young people who take their jobs for granted, especially when so many others would be happy to have the opportunity. I’m sure the owners work hard and create great food, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning after this first visit. I'm just tired of encountering unprofessional attitudes in places where customer service should be a priority.

I can't really comment on the quality of the food since I never got to try it. I placed my order and was told it would take 30-40 minutes, but after waiting an hour, I received a call saying it would actually take longer. If that was the case, why didn't someone call to inform me? It seems like I'm searching for a pizzeria that communicates better. My rating doesn't reflect the food itself, as I never had the chance to taste it.

This is not Italian! Ordered a simple linguini with marinara sauce. There was soooo much sugar in the sauce it was horrific!! If you can't get a simple suace right what is the rest if the food like. Not to mention there was hardly any sauce on the pasta.. dry as a bone. And the girl who took my order hardly said hello...no thank you... Will never go here again. Just terrible. I can only speak on the pizza, we had a half plain half pepperoni pie. It smelled awesome in the car before we even started eating it. After arriving at our location and getting to try it, I can confirm it wasn't only the smell that was great, it was such a good pizza! The cheese the sauce, not underdone or over. It was perfect ! And the two young ladies behind the counter were very nice

We organized our son's birthday party with Mangia, and we received countless compliments from guests asking about the food because it was absolutely DELICIOUS. My job ordered from them yesterday. I usually eat 2 slices but I ate 3. The pepperoni was AMAZING. Will definitely be taking my family there
