This is NOT a gourmet bagel place! Total rip off.Two bagels with a tip around $40 dollars.I got the brisket bagel. Brisket was burned. Essentially ate a grilled, greasy bagel given the smallest amount of egg provided.If you are expecting a NY-style bagel, this is not the place. We ended up grabbing McDonald’s breakfast after for a quarter of the price we paid.Also, the male in the front wiped the sweat off his forehead then proceeded to rearrange the bagels in the bin.
I waited 20 minutes for a cold brew coffee (and a sandwich which was somehow mucb faster). Staff was disorganized and made the wrong drink, when asked to correct it made a different wrong drink before finally figuring it out. No apology or sense of urgency about having such a long wait for a drink that you literally pour out of a jug. The sandwich was good though.
We experienced delays in receiving our order and had difficulty hearing when orders were called out. The drink menu could use improvement, but the food options are excellent. Despite these drawbacks, I would recommend dining at this restaurant, although I will plan to pre-order next time.

I love this place. I have been coming here once a week ever since I started working in the area. The please is clean, the staff is great, and the bagels are so fresh and delicious
Disorganized service. Expect to wait long times or get skipped because patrons begin rants about the service and cause longer delays.
Customers love the avocado egg white sandwich, which is the best bagel outside of Manhattan.
