This place is the same as any one of these franchises. I think her food is too expensive and the service is slow. I was there to get food for someone who wanted it. They look like they're doing a clean operation. I don't think people are slow. I think they looked like they worked harder than I saw in most places like this. I think the products only need too long to prepare.

Very poor customer service! Store is always dirty! Do not expect any options for any coffee when you go to the store after 12 as they do not refill the pots after 12.

Freshly baked bagels... breaking sandwiches and much more. Really high quality is fresh food.
