I ordered a half dozen bagels, lox spread, two bagel sandwiches (to freeze for later), two 20 oz cokes, and a 2-liter coke. I also requested that the bagels be sliced (though there was no indication on the menu that this would incur a charge, the receipt showed a $1.50 fee) and that the sandwiches be toasted. I received a call from the restaurant informing me they didn't have lox spread, so I asked them to substitute it with regular cream cheese, expecting a refund for the extra dollar charged for the flavored kind. The restaurant has really declined over the past year! I ordered a pork roll and cheese on a bagel, but there were only two small pieces of pork roll. At nearly $5 a sandwich, I expect to actually taste the pork roll. The quality has consistently worsened, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered some packaged drinks, and I think they should have been placed in a bag instead of being handed to me loose. However, the Original Bagel Classic Sandwich and the half dozen bagels were both really good.

I love this store for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I love the rye bagels, the original breakfast sandwich, and the muffins. Also get the chocolate milk from Krieder Farms!

The Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread was really delicious, but the Jalapeño Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread was not good at all—it felt like I was eating Play-Doh.
