Absolutely disgusted and furious after leaving this place.Walked in to chaos and confusion. People entered through both doors and started multiple lines and no one knew what was going on.Employees looked unkempt and had an extremely unprofessional demeanor. The women at the counter were wearing pajamas and had long fake nails, and looked unclean, handeling food and beverages- very gross. I asked the woman at the counter for a coffee with milk and sugar (They moved the coffee station behind the counter), and she gave me a cup of milk with hardly any coffee or sugar, filled to the top, and the lid was put on incorrectly so as I walked out with food and coffee in hand, coffee spilled all over m...
Thank you to Josh and staff! I have used them several times for school-sponsored things like a big student party or teacher celebrations, and I keep coming back because they get the order right, they check in with me a day or so before and they had everything available and ready when I arrived at the time we planned. When you’re scurrying to get a large spread out by early in the morning you really need to be able to count on everything being done the way you hoped. Oh, and bagels are actually good.(doesn’t feel like a chain in any way.
The staff is very hospitable and welcoming. They’re patient while you wait to look into Menu and decide what you want.The variety of bagels is huge and all so fresh.The food is amazing. And bread used for the sandwich was amazingly soft and fresh. So delicious.Also the coffee, was great. Really good tasting coffee. The aroma and the blend was just perfect. The service is great.Highly recommend this place.
I ordered a dozen bagels for pick up and the next morning, I needed to change the pick up time. I called Manhattan Bagels and they were extremely accommodating. The bagels were sliced perfectly and ready for me when I arrived a few hours early. Their customer service is top-notch.

The bagels at this Westfield location are fair, fresh, and delicious, baked to perfection. The customer service is exceptional, and the convenience of this location keeps me coming back - I don't go anywhere else.

The food is great. This has been my go-to breakfast spot for years. In the rare occurrence there is a mistake, they will make it right if you let them know.

The bagel selection is ok wish they had a few options that would be seasonal. Easy place to swing by and pick up a bagel.
