Manhattan Bagel - Reserva de mesa

I got a ham, egg, and cheese on everything bagel. Bagel was so so. When I get food from a restaurant, deli, etc. I don't expect to have to make it myself. The bagel was cut through probably 70 75%. All the ingredients were stuffed into whatever portion of the bagel that was cut. It was so sloppy that i removed the ingredients and finished cutting the bagel myself, then put the ingredients back in as neatly as possible. Chef must have been incredibly busy to make a sandwich this sloppy. If you're getting breakfast, go somewhere else. They may be good for a bagel and cream cheese, but after looking at their vast menu, I would hesitate to order most sandwiches from there ever again. I'm really...

If I could a use few words to surmise someone as rude as the spanish lady working the front of house, it would be crass, churlish, and unbothered. You would think for someone in customer service, she would be more accommodating and willing to serve their clientele. I decided to write this review after talking to my friends and realizing how our experiences regarding this one person was the same- horrible. The guy that works mornings there is very pleasant- its a shame that his good service is overshadowed by such an unpleasant worker. If they were more selective of their workers, I believe manhattan bagels reputation would recover.

We've been here for 5 years and we? ve always had such a great experience! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! You know my husband with name and my son, whether we're going in or asking for a pickup. The food is always great and if there is a special way that you?d like them to prepare them, you just need to let them know and they? ll host and most likely even remember your order from heart. We love to support our local community and small businesses that always do their best to provide great service!

I don't leave any bad reviews, even if the facility doesn't like my standard. But this place never again. The rudeness of the boss or whoever he is. The attitude was only not called because I asked what other Bagels they had. My sandwich was disgusting. Unfortunately, I'm going back there. There is no reason to be rude. The coffee was wonderful, not burnt at all. I wasn't concerned about the bagels, considering they're in the name, but they turned out to be delightful. They also accommodated all my special requests perfectly.
