Manhattan Chicago Pizza

We were looking for a good place to get some Italian food after visiting the Miami Zoo. I was excited about the Chicago style pizza, and my wife ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. Our waitress, Imelda, made us feel right at home. I was happy to wait the 30 minutes for my pizza, it was well worth the wait. My wife also enjoyed her dish, and compared our son's kids cheese pizza to a favored pizza establishment from her childhood. In summary, if you're in Miami, and close by SW 88th Street, give the Manhattan Chicago Pizza a try. You won't be disappointed.

So the customer service by Jahiem was amazing.. the breadstick order that Alberto created for me was amazing.. being someone who doesn’t eat cheese, with late night options being super limited, I explained my problem with the chief (Alberto) he created an order of bread sticks that aren’t on them menu for me they were five stars.. something that should be offered.

First I’d like to start with the food, it’s not that good. The garlic knots are not actual garlic knots but just hard pieces of bread with oil on it. Alfredo (employee) was super rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned that I didn’t like the food I got, he told me it wasn’t his problem. If I could rate 0 stars I wouldFood: 1/5

Used to love it here but the pizza wasn’t very good this time. Tasted like cheesy cardboard. Had to throw the mozzarella sticks away since they were just lumps of hard cheese. Was told the order would take 45 minutes so that’s when I came. Maybe it was done sooner and sitting there and lost quality? Im not sure.Food: 1/5

Pizza is great Customer Service is TOP TIER there’s a hard working man in here making sure all of us drunks from the bar are being fed HIGHLY recommend i love this spot
