I had takeout from here, a mac n cheese pizza. Overall: good food, adequate service, probably going to avoid delivery and stick to takeout only from this location. Pros: Pizza tasted great Food was ready in less than 20 minutes Cons: Fountain drink stand was out of service, and it looked like it had been that way for a while Online ordering system was awful. It was not clear when you were adding something to the cart, and if you hit the arrow next to an item to remove it from your cart, it actually removed the wrong item (next one down in the list). Any use of the back button cleared your cart. I gave up and called the store instead. Phone audio connection seemed bad. It took me 5 or 6 tries...
I order from this place often, only because it's really close to the house. The pizza itself is pretty good, honestly. 80% of the time we order something from this location, the order comes out wrong. Last time I ordered a Caprese salad I got a bed oflettuce. When I asked about the fresh mozzarella, I was told they didn't have any. That's like getting an empty bun for ahamburger and having to ask to find out they ran out of meat. This location has gone downhill since it opened. Quality controlis zero. Don't eat here. UPDATE: I’m 100% done with this garbage location. Today they told me they didn’t care that theyhad gotten a salad order wrong 3 times and they didn’t care I was done with them.
I frequently order from Manhattan Pizza because it's very close to my home, and the pizza is honestly pretty good. However, 80% of the time, my orders arrive incorrect. The last time I ordered a caprese salad, I was served just a bed of greens without the fresh mozzarella. When I asked about it, they said they were out of mozzarella—that's like ordering a burger and getting just the bun without any meat. Since opening, this place has really gone downhill, with absolutely no quality control. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. UPDATE: I’m completely done with this place. Today, after they messed up my salad order three times, they showed no concern at all, and frankly, neither do I anymore.
I am very disappointed with the service at Manhattan Pizza today. I ordered two gyros—one was packed with meat, but the other had barely any. On top of that, I also ordered fried zucchini, but they forgot to include the ranch dressing and tzatziki sauce for my gyros. I'm now waiting to see how long it will take for them to bring the missing items, but meanwhile, my food has gotten cold. I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak with the manager. The young woman who answered the phone showed no enthusiasm and sounded uninterested. Overall, I am very upset with the experience this time.

The absolute worst experience trying to purchase a pizza. Not only did I wait 30 minutes just to find out the counter girl never sent my order to the cooks, but when asking for my refund, she said they no longer had money in the cash drawer because they used it to pay a cook for his shift. She was slow to process thought and didnt know how to handle the situation. Dug in her ear then helped herself to a cookie from the display. No manager. So many things wrong with this place.. DO NOT GO!
I’ve always enjoyed the pizza at Manhattan Pizza, but it seems they’re experiencing a shortage of drivers. We attempted to order from their menu just an hour before closing and were lucky to get through. Sadly, my 3-year-old, who adores Margherita pizza, ended up upset and refused to eat it, so we’ve decided not to order from Manhattan Pizza again.
I usually eat at Manhattan Pizza two to three times a week, and every time is a delight. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with staff who treat you like family. The menu offers outstanding dishes that are served promptly, ensuring I’m always satisfied. I highly recommend Manhattan Pizza—you won’t be disappointed!
I requested a well-done pizza at Manhattan Pizza because they often undercook their pies. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was still undercooked, with raw dough in the center. This happens every time. I recommend avoiding this place despite what’s on their menu.
