Maningos Bar Restaurante

Had a lovely dinner, mojito was amazing, one of the best my wife had tasted. Escalopes tasty and the fries with paprika really good too. We then booked a specific table for our last night meal but turned up to find that another party had been seated at it. I understand there were more in that party but other tables could have been moved to accommodate them and still honoured our booking. We were offered alternative tables but not what we wanted. As it was booked just before the sunset we never got the last meal we wanted before finishing our holiday. Otherwise thoroughly recommended.

Horrific. Sat down waited 10 minutes for some kind of menu. Eventually came for a drinks order, no drinks menu. Guessed what drinks we could order. 10 minutes later we get food menus. Sat with no drinks for 30 minutes waiting for food. Get food after a long wait, mediocre tapas. €36.5 Tapas deal not a deal. Half the menu unavailable and the €13 prawns were laughable, 6 tiny prawns. Canarian potatoes still half boiled. Silver lining is the beer is good; as it should be at the price. Give it a miss, plenty of places around with much more reasonable prices with better service.

No lo recomiendo. La mitad del menú de comida no estaba disponible y solo nos informaron cuando intentamos pedir ciertos platos (esto fue a las 7 p.m. en un día de semana). No hay menú de bebidas, solo preguntas y confías en que te den el precio correcto porque el camarero no parece hablar inglés. La sangría es solo vino tinto. Si quieres tapas, simplemente ve a cualquier otro lugar cercano.

Tapas were mediocre we ordered chicken wings, tortilla, gambas, mushrooms in garlic oil (way too much oil do not recommend) two coffees, sparkling water and three beers paid 51.40 eur for two persons lunch. Food is good but nothing special. Food is cooked for each order so might take a while. Overall the surroundings, atmosphere and service were good. Reserva una mesa ahora

Un lugar encantador y tranquilo para disfrutar del atardecer mientras se come una comida fantástica. Fui a media tarde y el servicio fue maravilloso, y la comida aún mejor. No podría recomendarlo más. También tenía una excelente hamburguesa vegana en el menú.

Best food we’ve got in Tenerife. Nice and quite cozy place. The tapas are great. Large portions and affordable prices. Don’t get fooled by cheap tapas cause you’ll get what you’ve paid for. Single restaurant which isn’t brit oriented we’ve encountered.

Pequeño bar de tapas frente al monkey bar. Buena comida y baños limpios. Bebidas solo si quieres: 2 vinos y 2 pintas de una buena lager (no sé de qué marca) pero estaba rica. Total: 15,20 euros.
