Manly Village Fish Cafe

We booked a table in advance for a Sunday lunchtime meal and managed to get a table overlooking the always interesting pedestrian crossing. My wife and I chose to share a seafood platter (for 1) and a side of tacos with blackened fish. The platter was huge and very good quality. We really didn't need the tacos but we ate them anyway and they too were very tasty with nicely cooked blackened fish chunks accompanied by a delicious sauce. Our son who is a vegan opted for their veggie burger which he said was really good. The service was friendly and prompt and we didn't encounter any of the delays other reviewers have mentioned. All in all it was a great and well priced meal.

My colleagues and I went for tea tonight 18/6/19. OMG 15/10 delicious I had a bucket of mussels crusty sourdough with garlic butter, followed by a chocolate sandwich. I’ve read the other reviews and can only say from our evening meal... delicious. Young Grace, our server, delightful, courteous and easily managed a party of eight people without a hiccup. Table booked. The modern decor and ambiance delightful.

We used to be regulars at this cafe. Took family for dinner tonight, very disappointed at the change of hands to the new Sea Vibe. Very expensive, food very oily, service poor, small portions. No family packs available, limited choice of menu. Cost $67 to feed a family of 6 without drinks included. Will not be returning :

This is a great little place. Fantastic views of the Manly harbour and great food. We come here regularly for a range of nice starters followed by the chowder to die for.

We both had the Snapper on pea puree and lentils which was delicious. The wines are very good and reasonably priced. we will be back.
