We have heard very good things about this restaurant from our family who are from vire. We visited for our 10th wedding anniversary and had the 4 course terroir menu. I am pescatarian which was catered for without any problem at all. The service from...the beginning was very friendly and informative any time we had any questions. Each course was absolutely delicious. I particularly loved my “Rouget” starter, my husband loved his slow cooked pork. Really delicious, and the wine to accompany all amazing. The cheeseboard was interesting with all types coming from the local area we are visiting the farm at landelles where our Camembert came from this evening. We will definitely be visiting again...
This was an experience, not just a meal the outdoor glassed in patio was comfortable and spacious. Our three course meal with accompanying wine lasted two hours. Presentation was excellent and host went all out to make us feel well treated. I started with a...foie gras entrée followed by Filet of fish with an andouille compliment and finished with a mousse dessert. All plates were reflected well by the recommended wines. Truly a delightful wonderful hours. The host is to be complimented for his care and patience helping us non French speaking couple have a great French dining experience. We will return.
A fabulous lunch, exquisitely presented and delightfully served by our friendly hosts. Afterwards, a visit to the table from Chef Julian to ensure that all was to our satisfaction and expectations. Put simply, It was everything and so much more. We have spent a lot...of time in France over the years and we truly cannot remember a better dining experience, only an equal many years ago. We certainly will be visiting more regularly in future as we have a home nearby that will, hopefully, be a permanent one and we highly recommend the Manor de la Pommeraie to you all.
My husband and I dined here and ate a fabulous three course meal. This is real haute cuisine and fine dining. The portions are not enormous but the number of courses, the quality of the food and the sublime flavours all compensate to make it...a memorable experience. The service was very good and the food expertly prepared. With wine, our bill for two was €100.00. I would highly recommend this restaurant but be prepared to take your time, savour and enjoy.

Superb location, food individually prepared and delicious. service was excellent and freindly. We had the prepared menu for lunch, and the surprise menu for dinner. have to say steak at lunch was to die for and the surprise was very much a delightful one and...is recommended. the wine pairings also complimented the food and corse to perfection. as you can tell I hope we had a great time and will be repeat users.
I visited this restaurant with friends for a birthday celebration lunch. I could not fault it, the food was excellent, service was very friendly and professional, for the food we had I do not think that it was too expensive. All in all I highly...recommend it.
We visit this restaurant before some days. It was amazing and a fine dining dinner. We are from greece and is tge first time we find a chef with full of taste in the dishes! Keep try hard in the quality and the surpises on...the guest
We were taken to lunch at Le Manoir by friends who have a house nearby. I just thought I would endorse the many five point ratings already posted by others. the filet de boeuf was really excellent and the presentation beautiful.
