Incredibly bad today After we waited in line for 5 minutes, the saleswoman (ground floor) went on break/home without comment and left us standing there without saying anything to us. After a few minutes we were able to ask another saleswoman if the dear lady was coming back. The reaction was a smile with the comment that we should queue again because she wasn't coming back. As soon as we started queuing, a second saleswoman opened the cash register again and called the people behind us to her. When we were finally able to pay, the third saleswoman immediately clicked on “cash” instead of “card” and immediately left out the receipt.
