Summary: Historic diner serving breakfast and other American comfort food. Menu items, especially the omelettes, are delicious and portions are excellent. Milkshakes also serve as the perfect complement to any meal, breakfast or lunch. Patrons with big appetites can tackle the monster 9 egg Trojan Omelette which defeats the majority of its challengers. An awesome, and nostalgic place in the heart of Troy that's serves up contemporary dinner food. The food wash fresh and hot, and the biscuits were made from scratch. Everything tasted awesome. My only complaint was the chicken and waffles were okay, but could have been stepped up with actual fried chicken and not tenders. I will for sure return on another cold January for good comfort food in a clean and personable atmosphere.
The food is great, and the service is impressively quick. The regular coffee could be a bit stronger, but it’s served steaming hot and comes with free refills. The biscuit that came with my country breakfast was delightful—so soft and tasty. The pancakes are fantastic, even when served plain. I can definitely see why this place is a local favorite!

$1 single scoop ice cream special and fruity pebbles milkshake. I will come back to try more flavors! Milk shake could have had more flavor to it. But overall presentation was superb
We had a brief wait on a Sunday morning, but it was definitely worth it. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We ordered breakfast items, and they were fantastic!
