Manuel's Mexican Cantina Cave Creek

My wife and I drove from west Phoenix expecting Manuel's to be good, but we were disappointed. The food had a strange taste, the rice was not the same as usual. We ordered chimichangas and they were greasy. My wife ordered a margarita and said it didn't taste like liquor, but had a beer taste instead. I had a coke that tasted like cleaning supplies. We will just stick with the Manuel's on 28th Street and Indian School. The food even upset my stomach the next day, which is today.

The server was extremely professionally polite and on top of it. The food was excellent. The enchilada sauce they use was amazing and even the fried beans only one base was absolutely delicious. And it's really good for what you get. The decor and feeling the restaurant makes you feel at home just how you feel at home.

Always great food and great service!! Our favorite Mexican place, we have been there for 30 years and never had a bad meal or bad service!
