When we arrived he had set us a table away from the entrance and helped with our menu enquires. We found Manuka Steakhouse after searching for ages for a reasonably priced steak in canberra area. When We found this one on google we found a real treasure. The prices are very reasonable, although busy it wasn't packed tight with people and the staff were very very friendly and efficient. The steaks were a good size, well cooked and had a really good seasoning on which gave a beautiful flavour. Vegetables were plentiful, fresh and well cooked. Try the best buffalo wings too, fantastic!! All round just loved it, wish it was near my home, would be a regular.

This place was pretty cold, don't know if the heat was out on the night we were there in mid July. The waiter was pleasant enough, but many things were forgotten. Our bread needed two reminders and we were told "Sorry we burnt it, do you still want it?" - I've never heard a place actually admit that before. Food was only reasonable, although portion sizes were ok.
Ribs came recommended by the waiter and OMG they are bad. Massive fat mass with a tiny bit of meat. Mash was cold and the veggies clearly came out of a supermarket mixed veg bag, just at home you would not steam them for 2hours and then serve them cold. Avoid this place is my view.
Surely the best pork in Canberra!! Absolutely amazing!! The table had a combination of slow roasted pork belly, Kangaroo, Parmas and steaks and not a bad meal between them. Veggies wrapped in prosciutto was a great idea. Beautiful presentation. Staff friendly. Cost reasonable.

Tbone and the porcbelly were fantastic zo was the mashed patatoes,the veggies , cheesecake. Good fresh homemade cooking for a fair price andere above all nice people. In Dutch we Will say hartstikke lekker en goed
All steaks were cooked well and prices were also good. Apart from our table of 4 there was only a table of 2, so service was quick and young guy looking after front of house done a good job.
