Manze's Pie And Mash

I visited this restaurant for the first time while at Lloyds Bank in Hoddesdon, as my usual branch in Ware had closed. I quickly ordered liquor and mashed potatoes as I was in a rush, but was pleasantly surprised to see that they were made with real potatoes. On my next visit, I tried the stewed eels with liquor and mash, and it was heavenly. I had never eaten pie and mash before at my age, so I must add it to my bucket list. Thank you so much, John.

Called in to Manzes for a lunch time treat, as three of us had never had pie and mash before. To be honest, didn't like the sound of the liquor but this was really tasty. We all had two pies with two scoops of mash plus the liquor. Very tidy and clean and very pleasant staff. There is a small pay and display near bye and then you walk down the side of Aldi supermarket.

I was recommended this restaurant while I was in the area, and I made sure to visit since there are no pie and mash shops near where I live. I ordered takeout to bring back home for my family. I will definitely make the drive back again, as I really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and helpful. I will probably dine in next time, as the restaurant is lovely and clean.

Proper London pie and mash cafe on Peckham High Street that is part of a hundred years old family business. Pie, mash and liquor a local speciality or gravy if you want) for two with can of pop soda) for about £10 bargain. Great food and friendly staff. If you're visiting London you have to try pie and mash or visit won't be complete.

Excellent..delicious and fresh traditional English cuisine served by delightful women. The dishes were perfect and offered great value for authentic flavors. No additives to enhance the taste of the food.
