Maple Street Biscuit Company Parsons Alley

I was a bit hesitant at first, as a vegetarian it's hard to find biscuits and gravy that aren't meat based, ESPECIALLY in the south. I was happy to have found an outlier and a delicious one at that. I had the biscuits with mushroom gravy and fried eggs. If I could complain about anything it would be that poached eggs aren't an option but honestly, if that's the complaint then it's minimal. The gravy was amazingly delicious, biscuits were flaky and fluffy the coffee was great and fresh squeezed orange juice was the perfect finish. Beautiful location and I so wanted to like this place. I do like the ambience, cheerful staff, and the quirky way to call out your favorite band when your order is ready. I didn’t like I had to wait 25 minutes for my High Steaks country fried steak and biscuit with gravy. This was my first dining out after a week of driving around and if I wanted fried beef jerky, I had a whole stash in the car. The dough was extra hard and crunch to the point of hurting my teeth. The meat? Burnt beyond recognition. I would want to give it another shot at this place some other day, just not the fried steak.

I had a fantastic experience! The food was amazing! It was really busy, and the staff were working incredibly hard. I noticed some rude customers were frustrated about the wait, but I don’t know what they expected with a line out the door. Clearly, there would be a wait. Having worked as a waitress myself, I can understand the situation! I saw the employees doing everything they could to keep the customers satisfied, and with such delicious food, that's what truly matters!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and found it to be very popular and bustling during Saturday brunch. However, isn’t Saturday brunch always busy? Although it’s hard to avoid the crowd, the food was delicious, and the person who took our order was friendly and patient. The biscuits were great, but there are many other tempting items on the menu that I’d love to try on a future visit. As for parking, the lot in the back is quite limited. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very nice place to eat. The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. My one small critique is that the chicken in my chicken and waffles was a little dry. But the waffle and fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious.Food: 4/5

Gregt atmosphere with friendly staffs. There's large selection of chicken biscuits, so I have to visit multiple times to taste all of them. Hint, Parking in public parking space and take a minute walk.

Excellent coffee with maple. Homemade fresh biscuits daily. Combinations that are out of this world. Great portions and fabulous flavors all at a reasonable price. Will come again.
