That was disappointing at best. We were visiting from out of state, and were told to check out this mixing, ice cream place recommended by our waitress. We rushed through our dinner, and hurried over it the Saraland AL location. We realized that we showed up 5 mins before close, and would not have normally done that, but we were leaving the next day. We were greeted with annoyance and honestly nasty employees. There were several of them standing around and then one came up and very abruptly made sure we knew she wasn’t going to mix anything into our ice cream. I really enjoy this restaurant, but the opening hours vary by location. The Saraland, AL branch is particularly unreliable; they claim to open at 10 AM, but I've found that no one arrives until much later. I waited until 11:00 on one occasion and, after not seeing anyone, I chose to go to Dairy Queen instead. This has happened at least three times, so now I just head directly to Dairy Queen.

Wow! I can’t begin to explain the exquisite taste of the delectable cookies not only that, but the customer service is top tier, you could have fooled me making me think it was a Michelin star restaurant! MIX-INS are free as well what more could I ask for!! The boy that looked like a weasley twin from Harry Potter chopped my ice cream like a pro!!!

I visited this location for the first time, and despite the crowd, the line moved quite swiftly. The staff were very friendly, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the Cinnamon Vanilla flavor! Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and both the ice cream and cookies were excellent. The prices were very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

2 employees were doing good. The rest were playing with a pet SNAKE in the shop around the ice cream. I dont rember the 2 that were doing alrights name but i rember one was a shift manager.

It's a hit or miss when it comes to getting good service. I guess it depends who's working that day. The cookies ice cream are always a hit though :

The food is good but I never had to talk to customer service but the food is really good.
