When you go into Marcella’s take a friend and maybe bring a cooler because the portions are large and you will want to take those leftovers home. We had country fried steak with gravy, onion petals, a Hoppin’ Hen, (fries with chicken barbecue sauce and ranch), and a chicken strip plate. Everything was tasty and the server was very friendly. The restaurant is clean, including the restrooms, and packed, which is surprising for a random Tuesday evening. The women’s restroom does come equipped with a changing table. There is not one in the men’s but high chairs are available.
We make the drive from Williamstown, KY, just to dine at your restaurant, and it’s absolutely worth it! The food is exceptional—huge portions that are always hot and fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming; they greet you as soon as you walk in. And those pies? They are simply to die for, melting in your mouth! I only wish you could show other restaurants how it's done, as many of them just don't get it. Everything here is fast, fresh, and friendly, all in one place! We will definitely be back again and again!
We rarely dine out in our area anymore, but since it was getting late and we needed to eat, we decided to go out. I ordered the Hoppin’ Chicken, and it was absolutely delicious—I couldn't stop thinking about it all weekend!
ONG, for eating at a place out of state for us, this is a great place. Great food, atmosphere and service. Prices great as well. If ever in Kentucky again, we will definitely stop to eat.

My girlfriend and I went there yesterday for lunch and it was really good. I thought the food was delicious ? ? ? and hopefully we'll be able to go again soon.
First time eating there. Food was great, roast was so tender a toddler could eat with no problems, autistic son who is very picky ate all his food. Loved it
One of the best places I've eaten recently... everything was top notch...some of the best home cooking around... well worth the drive.
The best country ham I've ever tasted! Everything was fantastic and the prices were excellent! We will definitely be returning!
