We live in Redcliffe and enjoy our local restaurants several times a week. All provide great food and in most cases quality service.Several years ago had a rude experience with the owner of the restaurant, and we decided to boycott the venue. However, about every six months we would relent for one reason or another and attend the restaurant, and on each occasion her attitude to us was quite curt.Last week will be our last visit. The owner tended our table twice during the evening and here attitude was quite rude. We are regulars at this restaurant and always come away happy and saying how much we enjoy our pizzas.It is BYO and you can dine either in the resataurant or outside in the undercover arcade. It feels a little like a quaint laneway in Italy. The pizza are scrumptious and all those at our table were quiet as we enjoyed our dishes. Another great night at Marcellos.

I was left disappointed this time the customer service wasn't up to its usual standard. We were seated and left for over 15 mins no water or drinks offered I had to wave down a waitress to take our orders and asked for water which didn't come till after our order. My meal was just ok not much favour

The food was excellent and I will be back.The chef knows how to prepare food.The service however is pretty bad so I just endured the stupidity and reminded them when i needed cutlery, plates and glasses.They are obviously young and need guidance.The food is delicious so its worth it.

Marcellos is our go to Italian on the Bay. Their food is excellent, hubby loves their signature Fettuccini crab dish & I always have their Aprillia pizza, both are devine. Its byo too! Enjoy!
