I received my pizza, but the delivery driver informed me that he didn't bring my drinks. When I asked if I could still get my drinks, he said he would let the store know. I ended up calling the store myself and found out that he hadn't notified them at all. The store offered me the option to drive there to pick up my drinks or provided a credit for the drinks, but wouldn't refund my pre-paid tip or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. This has definitely taught me to rethink tipping before receiving my order in the future.
First thing I will say is they NEVER answer their phone. We then went to order online and scheduled it as delivery. Noticed the pizza was not delivered so checked the confirmation email and it was switched to take out. Try calling the store- they don't answer AGAIN. Went in to pick it up and the kid at the counter said that they switched it because their delivery driver went home at 6pm.... And they turned the phones off. Terrible communication, terrible service and cold pizza to top it off. Do NOT recommend them at all.
4th visit and now 4 out of 4 bad experience. Ok i want to be fare because i am a business owner. So the best way for me to explain this will have to be with the good and bad.(Good) food taste, quick, hot, and price.(Bad) young not professional employees, food not consistently accurate, always had my order wrong or missing something. Customers have to open the product to assure it is correct. Seems to be a Necessary task at this location upon pickup. That being said i will give them a 5th visit and will post the results.
I had a disappointing experience tonight. I arrived at the time I was told, but then had to wait an extra 45 minutes without receiving my pizza. I ended up going next door to Publix to buy frozen pizzas and made them at home instead. I could have saved myself 90 minutes and a lot of frustration if I had done that from the start. I hope they will refund my money. Overall, it was not a good experience at all.

Amazing pizza. A lot of people might doubt because they are very understaffed. Over all they are amazing at making the pizza and getting them out. There were only two people working tonight but they sure are working hard. Glad I went there for some pizza couldn’t get any better and the workers definitely deserve a raise. I do mean that. I hope they gain lots more workers.
I have always love Marcos pizza and calzones but Saturday my experience was very disappointing. The facility was filthy. If I was an inspector I would have shut them down. My pizza was so salty I could not eat it and my calzone had no cheese. Just steak and mushrooms. There were only two employee while I was there. Very understaffed for the amount of business they had.
For the second time, I had to wait over TWO HOURS to get my online order. The app indicated a 45-minute pickup time, but when I arrived at the store, I was informed there was a delay of 45 minutes to an hour. After waiting 50 minutes, I checked on my order and was told there would be another hour wait.
Placed an order for 2 gluten free pizzas confirmed as we picked them up. Came home ate the pizza and they had gluten in them the wrong pizza given to us. Have called the restaurant 3 times to speak with manager and no return call in a week. Link provided by company for feedback goes to place an

Not happy with our order at all. I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks, both were ordered as thin crust and they were not. The breadsticks were not even cut and the cheese kept falling off and wouldn’t stick. Usually Marcos is pretty good, but definitely was not tonight.
