Marco's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

It’s nearly impossible to get an employee on the phone. They need to tell you before you place an order if your delivery is going to take 2 hours. Just offer carry out if you can’t promptly offer delivery service. And when trying to figure out if I need to just come pick up the order, I cannot get anyone on the phone. Definitely needs better management. Otherwise the pizza itself is good 95% of the time.

For months the website hasn 't been working. When you click add to cart it doesn 't do it so you can 't place an order. And when you call to place an order and they 're busy, they don 't answer, you 're left on hold purposely and you don 't even know it until you get tired of waiting and hang up. You have to place an order in person during busy times (weekends). That has happened more than once to us.

This store never has delivery drivers and they don 't honor their posted hours. I 'm a night worker and tend to eat late. The last several times I 've placed an order within 2-3 hours of closing time, the order has been canceled because the driver went home early. I 've quite literally had one successful delivery through Marco 's in the past 3 years. One. I 'm not even going to try anymore.

The pizza is great, but the servers can be very lazy, and sometimes they are just starting the pizza when I place it at a certain time for it to be picked up. If the website allows me to have it picked up at the time I selected, then I would assume it to be out of the oven and not just being preped. Reserva una mesa ahora

Waited 20 minutes in store after the time it was supposed to be ready. Got pizza home. Was way under cooked. Had not got pizza from here in a long time so I don't know if it was just a bad night. Will not try again. Just don't like wasting money on a bad experience. Hope they get it worked out.

Dine-in open! I travel to see my children, and need a place to eat and visit with them, especially on hot days like today. Marco's Pizza is very good, and I'm happy they are open for seating. Thank you???‍?

We have been using Marco’s for years. Yes…mistakes do happen. But overall, they are the best around. Great prices, great pizza and wings.

I ordered through Door Dash. Delivery was fast. The pizza was satisfying. I have no complaints.
