I placed an order using a loyalty coupon for $10 off. My account shows the coupon was utilized but they charged my full price.The manager was rude and dismissive. I asked him for the regional managers number and he told me that he is both the manager as a the regional manager. I asked for the customer service number and he said I can't give it to you now, call me later for it. His disposition was ridiculous and they loss a customer, because I do not patronage any business and be treated disrespectfull. The pizza was decent but nothing special. Vegetarian options: Cheese or Vegtable options. Parking: Ample parking.
I ordered from this location to feed a large number of kids at a party. I scheduled the delivery over 24 hours in advance. After they were over an hour late, I finally got in my car to pick up the pizza myself. Half the order was ready. They eventually delivered the remaining pizza over an hour and a half late. They were rude and didn’t even bother to pick up the phone to let me know it would be late. Also refused to give me a refund. I was a very loyal customer prior to this, but they have lost my business!
I ordered take out unfortunately my food was very burnt and dry no sauce at all . I called to see if there was a way I could either get a refund or another pizza . Instead of listening she rudely tried to argue with me about my pizza not being burnt . And on top of that she said I couldn’t get a refund even if I brought the food back .
Hard to beat for good, fast delivered. Look for coupons deals but Marcos on Bolton is my go to delivery joint for pizza. Dietary restrictions: Even my ex-girlfriend could find something…. Build your own light pizza (cauliflower crust) with half sauce, no cheese, and 6 different veggies.

By far the worst customer service of my life. The order was taken by the owner and she couldn’t have been more mean and rude. At one point I wanted to tell her, keep the money, I don’t want anything made by you.
Usually the food here is great but the last 2 pizzas were very poor quality skimp on sauce toppings. The pizza was extremely dry. They do deliver pretty quick but that’s about it.
Love my chicken Florentine ? Now you can get half and half pizza. Always consistent with prep and curb delivery is prompt ?
Friendly staff, great pizza, pizza maker in the back working hard. If you ever want GREAT pizza this is the place to come.
