Marco's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

Ok so i really like Marco's pizza, but the crew they had working this night..I mean they were horrible, except the light skin young lady that was working the register and she look like she was new and the delivery drivers i cannot fault them.. Ok here is the 411. I had phoned in the order. I get there there was a guy eating pizza and making pizza at the same time.....WITH HIS BARE HANDS. Then there was a young lady wearing head phones, so when the customer was speaking to her she pretended not to hear her. Then there was another employee just sitting on the floor... not sure what her job was . Ok then a lady comes out the back who seemed like the manager walked right passed the guy eating an...

The manager was a little rude...I came in to order a pizza because they wouldn't answer the phone so I could place it...I told the manger why didn't they answer the phone...she replied we were busy...I saw that they a few orders being made...I also gave her my order she told me it would be ready in 20 minutes...I came back in 30 minutes...it wasn't even made yet. I asked the manager what happend she said no one made it...she shouted out to the workers to make my pizza I said how much longer would that be, sh said in 6 minutes.. then I asked her since I had to come back and wait again will I be able to get a discount she said NO! they were making it and that was that...how dare she take that...

This is the second time that a phone order was placed . And when I went to pick up my pizza . They said the order did not exist. Will not be back ever. They suck.

Each and Every time I get Pizza from this particular place. I am satisfied with the Staff and the fresh and hot, delicious Pizza. Thanks Ladies and Gentlemen.

Pizza was very good and good customer service. Different crew from when I visited last year. Good job done
