Horrible experience with this location. There was ONLY one worker in the store on 5DEC22 when I went in to pick up my order. The app stated food ready at 6:39p... He was the only one prepping food and talking to folks that walked in to pick up. The phonesrang non-stop from 6:39p to 7:05p when I walked out with my food. He didn't answer the phones. Got the Hawaiian Chicken 10 BBQWings 10 Pieces. My son and I got food poisoning from the food here. As of 7:46p on 6DEC22, we both are still sick in bed fromthe bad food we ate from Marcos. They used to take a long time for deliveries, but it's getting better (we usually do pickup now though). Pizzas are always good, signing up for coupons is best. I give four stars because they've missed sides without explanation (e.g. dips, banana peppers). But we've been ordering from them for a long time now, and it's only been occasional.

We used to like this Marco's ordered from them often. But they've been missing parts of our order without explanation (e.g. dips, banana peppers, even drinks), and have not bothered validating the order when picking up, let alone delivered. They usedto be great about this, but can't say the same about it anymore.

We have been very happy with the one on Holcomb Bridge. The quality has always been awesome. We have been regular customers and they haven't failed us yet! The staff have always been friendly. When I get a bad pizza or whatever I'll update this and let youknow how they handled it.

Overall customer service experience was not impressive. I placed an online order and came to pick it up and stood in the store looking dumb for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There was 3 employees working and only myself and an older gentlemanin the store.
