I consider myself to be a generally patient person, but your lack of communication reflects a troubling disregard for my family, myself, and your entire customer base. It has become apparent that the ongoing problems at the Helena location stem from a serious leadership void.
At the Helena location, we have encountered several issues: our pizza arrived without sauce, was cold, and extremely dry. When did pizza sauce become a luxury? It has been absent for years! BEWARE OF THIS STORE , Tried them again , Ordered tonight with grub hub. First off the pizza had no sauce on it that I could tell so I ate the toppings and threw the rest away. I also ordered a Greek salad , it’s on the ticket and the clowns at Marco’s pizza didn’t send it. My wife got a meat lovers pizza bowl and it was an 2 inch tall plastic container and you could see the bottom of it through the topping inside. It was 1/8 inch thick of toppings. What a rip off and waste of money. Another time , I Called for a hour and a half. Idiot won’t answer the phone. Then they started hanging up. I’ll go elsewhere
I placed my order online. And selected curbside service. When I arrived, early, I checked in and played a game on my phone to pass the time. 5 minutes after my order should have been brought to me I called (I wasn’t really dressed to go in). After being on hold for 5 more minutes, I hung up as I walked in since I still didn’t have my order. My order was ready and sitting on a rack behind the counter. No apology for not bringing it out. I will say the pizza was delicious, but if you can’t bring out an order timely, don’t bother offering curbside service.
I absolutely love their pizzas! Although the team is small, the young staff works incredibly hard. I've seen some reviews mentioning Grub Hub and DoorDash, but I had a not-so-great experience with Grub Hub and won’t use them again since they aren't very active in the area. So don’t blame them if your pizza arrives cold! I opted for carry-out instead, and when I picked it up, it was fresh and delicious.

Very disappointed in our visit... So disorganized and placing an order was ridiculous. She had to jump from 1 register to the other trying to ring our order??The plates are sitting on the counter uncovered right by the register where you order .. Anyone and anything can contaminate them. A definite health dept violation!!So sad how much this location has gone down.They don't even have a sign outside.
Can't say, last pizza I ordered was NEVER DELIVERED. As far as I can tell it's cold as ice and drowned in disrespect for what used to be a loyal customer. Now, you keep hanging up on me like babies. Was good pizza, but won't help these sorry employees get paid another cent. Waited a week to hear a reason, apology, something.To pathetic to be dealt with. Talked to the Owner. Wanted to try this place and order for the very first time for delivery since I keep seeing the ad on TV over and over and they don't have a driver lol. Why even offer delivery if you don't have drivers? Fix that.
order a pizza and it never arrives. then get put on endless hold when called back to see what's up. had a 10 dollar tip for the driver but they won't ever fuking know.

This is my favorite pizza place in Helena. I highly recommend it! The customer service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly.
Good local option for a cheat meal. Fast and convenient. Be a little cautious about the promise time. It's not always that accurate.
