We were the only guests there upon arrival, 7:15 on a Saturday night. That was the first red flag. Our server was good. I needed to use the washroom. It turns out, I had to go into the hotel and take an elevator downstairs, where the pool and gym are. Not only that, I had to have a hotel key to use said washroom. The key did not work. I went up to the lobby desk and asked for another key. The person pulled a key from his back pocket and said, I know for sure this one works, I just used it. Kind of gross; second red flag. Sorry to say, we did not end up eating here for a planned birthday dinner. While we booked on OpenTable, our table of 6 was not ready for us. Then when I opened the menu, it was not even close to the menu posted on OpenTable and their website. Which to say the least, was disappointing. The staff person who served us our cocktail while we were planning where to go to dinner was very nice and understanding. They stated that they have told the GM that this issue needs to be addressed as they have had other complaints.
They did not even acknowledge our presence or that we had a reservation after I told the hostess. The party in front of us was seated without any menus. They had to get up and grab their own menus!!!! We did not say!!!!!!
Service was not good sttod for 15 minutes waiting for a table in an empty restaurant. Food was fair, but way overpriced. Could get the same food quality at Dennys for a fraction of the cost.

The waitstaff was grand. The restaurant was very empty. The bruschetta and pot roast were good, the fettuccine mediocre and the fish and chips inedible
End of night service for drinks was extra slow they came seconds before our meal. Food was good. Way expensive for what we got in my opinion.
Very old and dark, menu does not matches the one on the web. Caesar salad w/chicken very bad, will not recommend
Lovely, convenient dining spot. What made it outstanding was the helpful, sparkling staff. I would go again.

Cozy vibe, excellent service. We didn't feel rushed and had a very nice meal.
