We discovered this charming vegetarian café in Babbacombe through the Happy Cow app, and we were delighted with our experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, featuring fresh and innovative sandwiches and toasties perfect for a light meal. The café is run by two sisters, who we had the pleasure of meeting, and their enthusiasm for their new venture is infectious. It's also dog-friendly, with the café named after their beloved dog, Margo. We highly recommend visiting this lovely spot! They are open most days and occasionally in the evenings.
Great, food wise, place for a sandwich. Unfortunately there's not much else for now but I hope sisters will expand with their menu a bit as there's a potential in there and those sourdough bread sandwiches were amazing. Mine beetroot hummus, avocado, lime was amazing. If you want to have a snack before a main meal give sisters a chance, let them grow.
I’ve never been to a vegan restaurant before, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the Rainbow Shower dish was—it was absolutely delicious! The beetroot hummus was vibrant and colorful, making it a fun dining experience. The presentation was also beautiful. The menu was clear, and I thought the dog pictures at the top were adorable!
