The best Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. If you want authentic Mexican food made with love, this is your place. The outdoor patio is super cozy at night with the soft overhead lighting and sounds of The Mission Bells in the background with views of The Mission San Juan Capistrano. My favorite place to relax and enjoy some quality food. The owners are extremely polite and super friendly and can cook like no other. Plenty of vegetarian options as well if you desire. Getting two tacos for the price of one is an incredible deal at this restaurant. The quality of the meat is top-notch and the flavor is delicious. Their strawberry water is a must-try, it's fantastic! The staff at the counter are very welcoming and make you feel like part of the family. I'm thrilled that I stumbled upon this place on Google and decided to give it a try. It was money well spent on some of the best food I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back every Tuesday for my two-for-one taco fix!
I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious and authentic Mexican food in South Orange County. The Al Pastor and Steak Tacos are great, the salsa is excellent, and the Aquas Frescas are refreshing. I can't wait to try more items from the menu. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
We come here for taco Tuesday’s 2 for 1 deal. The food is delicious. The deal is limited to certain meats. Out favorite is the Al pastor. The parking lot isn’t huge… but I feel like we’ve managed to get a spot every time. Their service is super nice. Really friendly people.

First time visiting Maria Isabel Mexican and I loved it! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I enjoyed Menudo and Mojarra paired with a refreshing Horchata. I’ll definitely be back. Oh, and the guacamole was outstanding!
Extremely good food. I ordered the Chicken mole enchiladas and they were delicious!!! Rice and beans were perfect. Everything was served hot! (Temperature eise).
Always a great meal here. Great menu. I didn't repeat a meal in three years and we're here 6-8 times a year. Chicken Verde is great. Great spices!
Had the shrimp enchiladas. Shrimp needed a bit more flavor and not to be cooked so long. Otherwise the sauce was excellent and service was great.
