The most frustrating aspect was the service, which was nothing short of terrible. During the more than hour we spent there, the waiter never once checked on us. The female server passed by our table multiple times without even offering a greeting or asking if we needed anything. It seems they may no longer prioritize politeness or good service to earn tips since they automatically add a gratuity fee, regardless of the quality of service provided. I can't recommend this place at all.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The only person who spoke English was the manager, which made communication difficult. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and it took 25 minutes just to get a cup of tea. The rice was decent, but the lamb had a stronger flavor than I expected. I can't help but feel that the poor service was partly due to the automatic gratuity charge. I can't recommend this place to anyone unless they're looking for subpar service and food.
Clean and pretty decorative restaurant. The staff is beyond helpful and polite. The tables are beautifully set and they have a plate with dates covered in plastic wrap. They also do catering. The food is presented nicely but not outstanding in taste. The falafel wasn’t cooked well enough and just tasted like raw garlic and way overpriced $8 for 4 pieces). The rice was over cooked and spongy, not like classic basmati rice. The prices do not reflect the quality of the food.

I visited Marib Restaurant in Springfield after receiving recommendations for Yemeni food from my previous post. I enjoyed the Tandoori Bread along with Zahawig (a cream cheese salsa), as well as Fahsa and Saltah (not sure about the spelling). I also tried the Lamb Mandi. I absolutely loved all these dishes, and the service was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive!
Hummus and orange rice with lamb haneeth was yummy. Lamb had very small pieces with lots of fat for $25. Seasoning was yummy tho.Popular dish shafout was nothing really special.Good for cheap food. However nothing special to bring us back. Staff was nice though.
Its worst food. I have ever had. No taste at all too expensive no quantity no taste. They charge gratuity without asking 20percent of the food bill on top of that. They want tips. Useless restaurant not recommended to anyone.
Friendly atmosphere and pleasant staff. You're not being rushed out. Food quality and plate size were good.
