We had a very special evening in this restaurant. Known by the mouth-to-mouth, in a lost patelin (viven,) it takes 30 min from pau and arrived in this village the restaurant is very well indicated. Better book well in advance, and your host will ask you your choice of menu. because the peculiarity of the herald husband and that she cooks all herself as if you were her guests. We were 13 people installed near the chimney a must!See the beautiful coasts of Boeuf and the magrets browning on fire is a pure happiness:)at this address you will eat very well and it is very copied. but the real feature is Marie-Thérèse who made us laugh all night. She's humoured and it's better not to bring her back too much, otherwise you'll be losing all the time. It is adorable and hopefully return there next time!budget 40€ per person with alcohol. the quality of the products and dishes offered justifies this tariff.

A family restaurant like we can't find any more. the dishes are excellent, well presented, in an ancient setting. all is accompanied by the comments of the therese husband who while activating alone in the kitchen, comes to chat with the guests. This creates a good atmosphere, especially since the room is small and the boss is in the smallest care, constantly ensuring that everything is fine. meal very good for 25 euros, wine included.

We spent a good day and made an excellent meal of the most hearty and succulent. I who didn't like the plates in wine-based sauce I had a pleasant surprise ( boar ) .garbure . landese plate . boar sauce . doggy-dollar and tarbet beans . cheese plate of the country with cherry jam and salad. apple pear. digestive and coffee and to close a glimpse with monique the boss to whom I said thank again for this meal.

Thanks to monique veritable blue cord ,recette à l'ancien ,copieuse ,goûteuse.Grillade from coast to bone in the fireplace wakes our senses .tout is good at monique , welcome , humor .in family ,repas group.
