"Husband and I stayed here for four nights at the end of the season. Rooms are basic but clean and staff are welcoming and helpful. Totally would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay."

This is the third time I have been to the marina playa. I loved it the first year, I loved the new rooms last year and this year I arrived to the all new plush reception area, with classy bar, pool area with another bar and Dj box. The marina playa has certainly upped its game a I must admit, I love it even more now. It's cool, it's spotless and of course it's location is second to none. Just check out the sunset. Every single one of the staff are just brilliant and look after you for your entire stay with them. A big thanks to Sergio and Juan for once again making us feel like we were at home but with a lot more sunshine. We have become very good friends with them over the years and it's great to see them and catch up with them. They really make the marina playa the top class hotel in Ibiza that it is. Javier did everything to make we and indeed every single guest was happy and well looked after. The new staff at the bar and pool are friendly and attentive at all times. Check out the restaurant downstairs, I promise you will not get a better pizza anywhere on the island and the rest of the menu is superb. Stay here If you want to have a fun, safe and memorable holiday. I will be back there again and again and again. The marina playa is the perfect hotel in every respect the best on the island to enjoy your holiday.
Booked 4 nights here as bringing my grandchildren to Ibiza as a birthday present (18 21 Think I might be a bit old for this but I must say although full of young people it was never too noisy and everyone very polite The hotel is lovely and our room was spacious with a lovely sea view, the beds very comfortable and pillow very good (very fussy about my pillow! Air conditioning superb. Only disappointment was I had informed the hotel that this was a treat for their special birthdays but this was not acknowledged but it certainly did not spoil our experience of this lovely hotel
Stopped here at the hotels “On The Bay” bar. Been here a few times in recent years. This time it appealed more as things seemed a little more “up to date” from that we recalled previously. Delicious hot and cold food and nice selection of drink, all at prices you can’t really fault. Nice outlook if you sit wisely and not especially busy (at peak lunchtime on a Saturday anyway). Would definitely go back again, and likely will before our return to the UK next weekend.
We popped in here as a second choice. After our first choice was still closed. Our lucky day. The staff especially ‘Slammer’ were great and friendly. Made us laugh too. How ever the food was no laughing matter. It was super. My T-bone steak was giant and tasty. Love this place.
