Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 1hr 20minutes to have half an order delivered, phoned up to complain. Upon opening the food that arrived, a chicken kebab was clearly lamb so had to phone again. Delivery man came again with the rest of the order but no kebab. He then phoned himself to ask about the kebab and told them to bring garlic bread (I assume to sweeten me as I was furious at this point). Different man came a 3rd time, his first words were telling me I don 't get the free garlic bread with my order....!! It escaped him that I didn 't ask for this that it was his driver! We were disappointed with the hotel room service, so we decided to order from a restaurant on Just Eat instead. Despite having some good reviews on the platform, the food was actually awful. The pizza was horrendous, the chicken strips were okay, and the burger was overcooked and hard. Overall, it was a poor dining experience.

The delivery took 2 and a half hours for a restaurant that is just over a mile away. I will not be ordering from here again. The food was clearly not hot and I am not satisfied at all.
