What a pleasure to have had the opportunity to dine at Chef Pagan's Condado location. The restaurant itself is simple with clean lines and an inviting atmosphere. Our server, Rafael, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining any questions we had regarding the wine list, menu, or specials. However, the star he is definitely the food. All our dishes, from apps to desert and coffee, were delightful, properly seasoned, and exquisitely plated Can't wait to go back!
This was our second time at Mario Pagan. I feel it is the best restaurant experience in San Juan. The quality of the food and the presentation is just outstanding. The service is also amazing. Our server knew everything you need to know regarding preparation of each dish. My wife stated that her scallops were probably the best she has ever had. From cocktails to dessert, everything is first class.
Incredible dinner! Drinks were awesome, too! We ordered the soufflé for dessert that was super yummy. Excellent meal overall. HIGHLY recommend this place! You will NOT be disappointed!

Wonderful food, great service but the decor should be improved. Too vanilla, plain, mirrors where art should be.
