I stopped for an early dinner and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. I was told to sit somewhere and find a place near the salad bar. The menu was big, and I chose the Manicotti. My waitress immediately took my order and told me that a trip to the salad bar was included. The salad bar was clean with a good selection. It had shredded ham I really like. Everything looked very fresh. They had about 6 different dressing selections along with Crans and crackers. My manicotti came and it was crushed in molten mozzarella and very hot. The pasta was really good, not too thick or thin and the cheese filling was very tasteful. The tomato sauce was on the sweet side, in fact I wonder if this is her piz...
We had my dad's birthday dinner here earlier this week and we were a big group, 15 including kids! Let me tell you, we sat down and Eva came over immediately to give the kids pizza dough to play with and to take our drink orders. If that's not customer service!! The food and pizza was exceptional as usual! We have been coming here for years, since it was in the old building. Literally everything on the menu is delicious here!!! Try the Meatball Sub any of the pizzas! And Eva's friendly demeanor customer service was above and beyond! She actually seemed to be the only waitress working all the tables alone, so someone give that girl a raise!
OH MY GOODNESS! Best calzone I have EVER had! Crust was soft but not soggy and just the right amount of cheese. Meats were moist and flavorful, not greasy. Salad bar was fresh and delicious with a nice selection. My wife had the Chicken Parmigiano and was very pleased. One more thing, portion size... outrageous! If you leave hungry, it's your fault!
I love this restaurant! Great food and service! They have the best salad bar in my opinion. They let the kids play with pizza dough so it keeps them entertained until the food is brought to the table. I've been coming here for many years back when they were on 146. I love the new location on Nasa Rd. 1!
