Mario's Triple P Parlour

I was informed over the phone that my meal would cost £26, but I was charged £36 upon arrival. When I asked for a refund of the £10 difference, I was refused. Additionally, I was shocked to discover that they charge an extra £4 for the simple addition of lettuce and tomato on a kebab, making the total cost of a kebab £9. To make matters worse, my pizza was burnt. I gave them the opportunity to rectify the situation, but they did not bother. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

My favourite takeaway, food always arrives hot and fresh. Really tasty food, never had a problem with it. However, the delivery from this place is always bad. They did improve a few months ago getting my order out earlier than said a few times but it seems like it has slipped again. 1 hr and 30 mins I waited last night.. by the time I got my food I was ready for bed. Food is always great though so order well in advance!!

The staff at this restaurant are clearly not capable of simple tasks, such as putting a pizza in a box without damaging it. The pizza arrived with the sides of the lid mashed into the pizza, causing the cardboard to stick to every slice. It was a complete waste of money - I might as well have burned my money outside.

Amazing as always! Tried the cheese stuffed crust option for the 1st time in this order, and it's the nicest stuffed crust I've ever tried! Thank you : Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was good delivery was fast but they got the order wrong so might have been wise to take a little more time to get things right

Arrived 45 minutes late. Called to chase up and got lied to. Food did arrive hot and fresh when it eventually got here
