Mariposa At Neiman Marcus

Great food and beautiful space but server was as rude as he could be. Nothing was cleared the entire meal so dessert was eaten amid a sea of dirty dishes. Ironically when my son asked for dessert as politely as he could, the server said “May I clear your plate first?” and cleared only his plate. Yes they are kids and not a server’s ideal party but it was ridiculous. We were stunned by the experience. My dad was livid.

The restaurant is located in a stunning setting with outstanding service. I thoroughly enjoyed my lobster club sandwich, while my spouse found the pasta with crabmeat special to be disappointing. The prices for both meals were in the mid to upper $30s. The dining room and patio both offer beautiful views.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. From the warm greeting at the host station, to the attentive service from the waitstaff, especially Preston. He is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Thank you!
