We had a very bad experience in that place. We left Mass and went to eat at that place. My 6-year-old girl wanted to buy McDonald's. She was eating at the table and the misery arrived and told me that she can't come in with that food that they sell it. There I told him if it was because it was not happening that he would charge me for Eya's meal and that he would not give it to me he told me that he couldn't do that and he left then we ordered our food but it no longer tasted good to us because of the bad time we had to go through They should put a manager who is understandable, not that lady.
The service from Thalía was terrible. She seemed to decide what to include in our order and what to leave out without consulting us. When we raised our concerns again, she responded with an attitude, claiming she realized it was wrong and eventually made the corrections. Honestly, I think even one star is too generous for the poor service I experienced.
