I found the barbecue, which is their specialty, to be decent. It features the standard offerings like ribs, brisket, chicken, and sausage links, accompanied by familiar sides such as coleslaw and potato salad. They do have some tasty desserts available in individual portions for takeout. However, I was surprised to discover that, despite opening mid-morning, they do not offer a breakfast menu.

"Friendly" is a small establishment with just a counter for seating, but it creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel included. The chef engages with you while cooking your meal and is open to special requests. When my husband ordered two eggs over easy, the chef joked, "Both?" It's definitely a place you shouldn't miss. We'll be returning to sample their famous dishes!

The food here is fantastic, but it's a good idea to call ahead and check if they're open, as the owner occasionally closes unexpectedly. The quality of the food is so high that they don't prioritize customer service. It’s best to order takeout and enjoy your delicious tacos elsewhere.
